While the design studio does have accommodations for your children, you may find that your selection meeting will be more productive and more enjoyable if you make other child care arrangements.

Also, remember to bring your checkbook. A deposit may be required when you finalize your selections, so be sure to ask your design consultant.

You can also expect selection cut off dates. To help you and your new home stay on schedule, builders may set cut off dates for your selections at different intervals in the construction process. It is important to meet these dates to help ensure a timely close of escrow.
